Pike pushups reuse the existing elbow-angle PushUpDetector (same
countable arm motion as regular pushups, just a different body
position), routed via a new 3-way exercise selector replacing the old
binary pushup/plank switch. Extends the pushup/plank pattern end to
end: its own boss-HP track and boss name, history entries, home-screen
streak badge, and backend leaderboard/stats column with a dedicated
xp_per_pike balancing knob.
